Spread a hazelnut-sized amount between hands and press over clean skin till absorbed, starting with areas of high sensitivity working outwards. The pressing motion helps reduce friction compared to massaging should your skin feel sensitive to the touch. For an extra-cooling sensation, store your bottle in the fridge.
