COVID-19, An Update For Our Customers
Update 29th March 2021
As we can collectively see brighter days ahead, we hope you, your families, and friends have been able to stay healthy and safe throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
While lockdown restrictions may be lifted in different regions at different times, we’ll hopefully all be able to return to a sense of prior ‘normality’. As shoppers return to stores (and we can’t wait to see you there) we’re still taking steps to maintain safety of our employees, suppliers, delivery partners, fulfilment team and customers, to give you the best experience possible.
Renskincare.com is still a reliable and super-safe way to shop in the interim (and beyond, of course) and these are our current operation updates:
1. Our Customer Service team is available between 09:00 and 17:30 from Monday to Friday
2. Social Media channels will continue to provide community content, open conversation and updates
