Returning your items.
We want you (and your skin) to be happy. So, if you’re not totally satisfied - we can offer a refund or exchange. Please contact our customer care team at for all return enquiries. 

We aim to process returns within seven working days of receiving them. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, we shall notify the Customer of the refund within 48 hours of receiving the returned goods and the funds should appear in the Customer’s account within 3 to 5 days of notification.

In-store purchases.
If you have purchased through one of our stockists, you will need to visit them directly for a return or exchange.
